Amendment to HB2832 HFA Foster #1

Delegate Young moves to amend HB2832 HFA Foster #1 on line 2 by striking out the words “the fact that the minor’s perception of his or her gender is inconsistent with his or her sex” and inserting in lieu thereof, the words “information unless it concerns personal safety information or other mandatorily disclosed information”;

And,

On line 3 of the amendment following the word “information” by striking out the remainder of the amendment and inserting the words “unless it concerns personal safety information or other mandatorily disclosed information”.
